At Linen Souq, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unopened and unused item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and transparent as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time period:
Recheck your bank account or payment app
Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@linensouq.com, and we’ll provide return instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us first at info@linensouq.com to confirm your return request and get the correct return address.
You will not be charged any return shipping fees for unopened items returned within 15 days.
If you are returning an item after this period, or if the product has been used, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
